Which regions do you place staff in?
Our assignments are not limited to the major centres. We are currently recruiting in Centre-du-Québec, in Nicolet. For those assignments, accommodation and travel costs are reimbursed.
What kinds of positions do you fill?
We are currently recruiting personal support workers, special care counsellors and human relations officers. For any other profile, call us — we will tell you honestly whether we can fill it.
How long does it take to fill a position?
It depends on the profile and the region. We always aim for the earliest possible start date. Call us: we will give you a realistic timeline rather than a promise we could not keep.
Do I need an active CIUSSS file to apply?
It is not mandatory, but it is a clear advantage: an existing active file speeds up the hiring process considerably. If you don't have one, write to us anyway and we will walk you through the steps.
Does Sérénité recrutement hold an agency licence?
Yes. Our personnel placement agency licence issued by the CNESST is number AP-2404427. In Québec this licence is mandatory and can be verified in the CNESST's public registry.
